Monmouth & Middlesex Counties Extended Day

Nearly all of our facilities offer extended hours. Please visit each Center’s page for more information on Extended Day offerings.

In addition to the six-hour Head Start day, one can leverage their Work First New Jersey, New Jersey Cares for Kids, or other state-issued child care voucher for Extended Day wrap-around services provided at our sites. Voucher applications can be obtained through the following links:

If you do not already have a voucher, our friendly staff would be happy to work with you to complete an application.  We also offer private pay options for families who do not qualify to obtain state assistance. All families interested in Extended Day will work with staff to fill out an Extended Day agreement. Contact your local center staff for more information.
