What brought you to Acelero Learning?
I previously worked with the juvenile population, which allowed me to appreciate the role that early intervention, support, and resources play in helping families to achieve stability. At Acelero Learning, I contribute to building stronger, more resilient communities by supporting families in raising healthy, happy children and fostering a sense of belonging and connection. Acelero creates spaces where everyone can thrive.
What do you find meaningful about the work that you do with Acelero Learning?
Seeing children have the remarkable capacity for growth and resilience is powerful. Witnessing their progress, whether it’s mastering a new skill, overcoming a challenge, or simply experiencing the joy of discovery, is gratifying. Acelero Learning is dedicated to promoting equity in early childhood education, and by working at Acelero I know I am actively contributing to efforts to address systemic inequities and ensure that all children, regardless of background or circumstance, have access to high-quality education and opportunities for success. I appreciate that Acelero Learning challenges one to confront their own biases and assumptions, deepening one’s understanding of systemic injustices while developing culturally responsive practices and decision making.
