St. Elizabeth’s Center!
Welcome to Acelero Learning St. Elizabeth’s Center, which is affectionately called St. E’s and located at 1801 North 23rd Street in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
We offer Head Start preschool to children ages three- to five-years-old. Our expert staff positively engage with families, who are the heart and soul of our program. As a Head Start provider, we offer:
- Nutritious breakfast and lunch
- Robust classroom curriculum that prepares preschoolers for kindergarten, and
- Family activities that extend learning beyond the classroom and into the home.
Although one Center, we have some classrooms that open earlier than the others and a few classrooms that have a later pick up than the others. Contact us to find out what availability we have that meets your family’s scheduling needs.

Acelero Learning Head Start
We support the whole child.
Nutritious meals and snacks are provided every day in a family-style dining setting at all centers. In addition, we support the completion of general health and wellness screenings and exams for all children served by our program.
We partner with families.
We work in partnership with families and collaboratively within communities. A range of social services are also provided for interested families through our dedicated Family Advocates.
